Our activities change regularly, so no two weeks have to feel the same. Members also have a say in what we do next.
Support that continues between meet-ups
Wellbeing check-in calls
Friendly follow-up calls between sessions so nobody is forgotten. If someone hasn't been for a while, we check in and encourage them back.
Keeping in touch
We want members to feel welcomed and remembered. Where appropriate, we'll check in and make sure you know you're always welcome back.
Community walks & days out
Gentle group walks around Hyde Park and seasonal outings — fresh air, easy pace and good company.
Drop-in social sessions
Coffee mornings, quizzes, games, crafts and sing-alongs at community venues across Hyde on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
